Unrelated to teaching, but this seems like a cool idea. So maybe in between going to that IB conference in Tahoe, attending a wedding in CA, vacationing in Europe, and creating my own Etsy shop, I will also grow potatoes this summer.

Yup, near Carson City. I'll be in meetings from 7am-5pm but I think it will be really helpful. Exciting but stressful sometimes :(
