Today was a good day. I made a tally of things that happened and here it is.
"Did you cut your hair?" 2 times
"Hi, gorgeous." 1 time (yes, she was talking to me)
"You look nice/dressed up today" 2 times
"I like your necklace" 2 times
On top of all that, my 6th period actually worked their butts off. They were focused and so stellar. I'm proud. Hopefully this is a new leaf for them so we can actually get things done in class. But back to fashion and school......................... You may think that I was super dressed up but no. Same old work pants, slippers, t shirt and cardigan. The only thing different was that I didn't tie up my hair and this necklace!!! Thank goodness for my one piece of flair.
